During this workshop we will: - practice various pranayama techniques to ease the body and mind, settle the nervous system and order the breath - explore pranayama through seated meditative practice, moving yoga asana, restorative postures, and sound - discuss breathing mechanics and common breathing patterns - learn about both physical and energetic breath anatomy - discuss physical and emotional ailments that can benefit from pranayama practice.
