Gather, Reclaim & Embrace
a circle for women ready to live their truth
January 2020 - October 2020
CIRCLE IS NOW CLOSED.
The Healing Time
Finally on my way to yes
I bump into
all the places
where I said no
to my life
all the untended wounds
the red and purple scars
those hieroglyphs of pain
carved into my skin, my bones,
those coded messages
that send me down
the wrong street
again and again
where I find them
the old wounds
the old misdirections
and I lift them
one by one
close to my heart
and I say
- Pesha Joyce Gertler
Join me for a transformative 9-month circle of women where you are invited to gather the forgotten pieces of yourself, reclaim what was lost, and remember who you are through connection and a deep sense of belonging and purpose.
You are not lost.
You are intact waiting for you to remember yourself.
Reclaim you from your wounds, your shame, your guilt, your fear -
Pick up the forgotten and rejected pieces -
Gather them to your heart.
These pieces that show you who you are,
These pieces of your unique expression -
Of your peace, your joy, your love, your wisdom, your purpose.
You carry so many stories, and the stories you have chosen to believe define who you are. Often those stories are based on things that have happened to you - trauma, prejudice, discrimination; things that limit you such as patriarchal systems, cultural ideals, learned beliefs; and inherited ways of thinking and being that don’t belong to you or have outlived their usefulness.
Who are you, really, and what are the stories you carry about yourself? Are they the whole truth? What about the stories you have forgotten - the difficult ones and the beautiful ones; the shadow and the light; about your body, your value, your love, your purpose. Who would you be if you remembered your self whole - remembered your self before you conformed in order to “fit” in; before you were defined by others and believed their opinions; or before you became small.
What would it be like to be seen and celebrated in community? To return to a way of being that is connected with others and self? To know your value as seen through the eyes of your sisters? You deserve to be celebrated and honored; to be accepted as you are; to be held in community and to be supported.
Return to your whole feminine being and reclaim what has been cut off, buried or hidden. Reclaim all of the pieces of you and live your full and beautiful self as you find the gifts in the wounds, find the threads of purpose that you were born with, and remember your full essence.
Come let us see you, support you, embrace you and celebrate you within our loving circle of rising women.
We will gather monthly in circle to move our bodies, sit in council (listening circle), share our stories, celebrate and witness each other. You will be invited to write and make art and share on our online platform if you wish. Together we will reclaim ourselves from birth through adulthood and honor our return to self during longer weekend celebrations.

Facilitated by Paula
As we come together in sacred space, we all have many gifts to bring and so much wisdom to add to the collective. Though I will facilitate our 9-month process, you come with much to share, and I look forwarding to hearing your stories and connecting deeply with you as we fill this circle together. Please be sure you feel emotionally stable to dive deep and excavate the stories of your life. I am not a therapist, so if it becomes clear that what you need is beyond the scope of this program, please seek professional guidance.
